Orders, delivery, sizing and returns — the short answers.
When will my order arrive?
Malé and Hulhumalé — same day if you pay before 9:30pm. Atolls — dispatched to the boat the same day if paid at least 2 hours before departure. Times to other islands depend on the boat or cargo schedule.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free within the Greater Malé region. For all other destinations the charge is calculated at checkout based on your island and shipping method — you'll always see it before you pay.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, for unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Greater Malé area: within 24 hours of delivery. Speed boat (atolls): within 7 days of delivery.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay online by card through BML, or by bank transfer with a slip upload at checkout.
Do you deliver across the Maldives?
Yes — we deliver island-wide. Orders to Malé and Hulhumalé are hand-delivered; orders to other islands travel by boat or airline cargo.
